Renee E. Garcia

Renee Garcia has been with Bowser-Morner, Inc. since April 1994, where Renee holds the title of Manager Construction Services and Senior Engineer. Prior to this, Renee worked at Marco's Pizza from May 1985 to April 1994 as an Assistant Manager. Renee attended The University of Toledo from 2001 to 2004 where Renee obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Engineering Technologies, and Owens Community College from 1987 to 1994 where Renee earned their Associate of Science in Civil Engineering Technologies/Technicians. Throughout their career at Bowser-Morner, Renee has been involved in estimating, scheduling, site engineering, and interacting with technicians in the construction materials testing department.
