Kevin Wongso

Kevin Wongso is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend and full-stack development. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Bowtie Life Insurance Company since July 2021, Kevin previously worked as a Full Stack Developer at Lalamove from January 2018 to July 2021 and as a Software Developer at Ribose, a secure collaboration platform, from June 2014 to January 2018. At Ribose, Kevin contributed to full-stack projects utilizing Ruby on Rails and Elasticsearch. Additionally, Kevin gained early experience as a Part-Time Teaching Assistant at SARI, a robotics education center, where instruction in programming and mechanics was provided to primary and secondary school students. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, complemented by participation in an Overseas Exchange Program at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2013.
