Karol Andruszkow

Karol Andruszkow has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Karol started their career in 2007 as a Senior Software Developer at GuestCentric Systems. Karol then worked as a Software Developer at Nokia Siemens Networks, where they were responsible for designing ETL applications. Karol later joined AGAP2 as a Consultant, working on Fintech projects for banks such as Millennium and Banco Espirito Santo. Karol obtained business requirements for the Accipiens Contract Management system and implemented it for clients.

In 2008, Karol moved to Vantyx as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant. Karol worked on Fintech projects for banks and was responsible for obtaining business requirements and implementing the Accipiens Contract Management system for clients on multiple markets.

Karol's executive experience began in 2009 when they became the CEO of Honaro Poland. Karol later joined HNR SYSTEMS LTD as the CEO, serving from 2014 to 2017. In 2014, they also became the CEO of Bowwe, a position they still hold. Currently, Karol is the CEO of Ulan Software, a role they took on in 2018.

Karol Andruszkow obtained a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2006 and 2007, they also attended Universidade Nova de Lisboa, focusing on Economics. Prior to that, Karol pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, which they completed between 2001 and 2006.
