BOX Exchange LLC (“BOX” or “the Exchange”) is a national securities exchange registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under Section 6 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Exchange is owned by a consortium of firms and was launched in 2012. The Exchange currently oversees one facility, the BOX Options Market LLC (“BOX Options”), an equity options market with both electronic and floor-based trading. BOX Exchange is responsible for regulating and monitoring activities on any of its facilities to ensure compliance with Exchange rules and federal securities laws.

The Software and IT Team at BOX Exchange LLC is responsible for developing and maintaining the technological infrastructure that supports the BOX Options Market. The Software Developer creates and refines the software systems for trading and compliance, the Senior Project Manager oversees IT projects and ensures adherence to compliance standards, and the Network Engineer manages the network infrastructure crucial for the seamless operation of electronic and floor-based trading activities.
