Hemant Kokularupan

Hemant joined Box Hill Institute in September 2022 leading a portfolio focused on the non-academic student experience which aims to deliver a holistic, outstanding and distinctive student experience.

Hemant holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Honours) from Monash University and for over 15 years, has held a variety of management and executive roles across TAFE’s, Universities and dual-sector institutions. These include leading portfolios in customer experience, domestic and international marketing and recruitment, stakeholder engagement, student services and other administrative functions.

Stimulated by complex challenges, Hemant has engaged with stakeholders from across the globe, bringing creative expertise in conceptualizing a diverse range of strategies enabling education providers to deliver impactful outcomes.

Hemant genuinely believes that education changes lives and is passionate about ensuring it remains accessible, student-centric and an exciting adventure.
