Alimita Sarkar

Alimita Sarkar is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Technical Support Engineer at Box since July 2021, where responsibilities include customer service and troubleshooting. Alimita also leads the Box Women Network EMEA and has held the position of Product Support Specialist. Prior to joining Box, Alimita worked as an Academic Mentor and Teaching Assistant at Kingston University and served as an IT Service Desk Analyst. In addition, Alimita contributed as Secretary for the Kingston University Cyber Security Society and gained experience in hospitality as a bartender at PRYZM Kingston. Earlier career experience includes a coordinator role at The Statesman, highlighting skills in scientific and creative writing, event organization, and public speaking. Alimita holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Cyber Security and Computer Forensics with Industrial Placement from Kingston University, completed in 2023.
