Annie O'Neil

Annie O'Neil, PHR, serves as the Global Employee Relations Lead at Box since May 2024. Previously, O'Neil held the position of VP, Employee Relations Consultation at Northern Trust Corporation from November 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included advising leadership on complex employee relations issues and conducting sensitive investigations. O'Neil also worked as the Director of Employee Relations at Levy Restaurants from January 2020 to November 2022, providing guidance on performance management and corrective actions. Earlier roles included Manager, Employee Relations, and Supervisor, Employee Relations and HR Operations at Crate and Barrel, and a Human Resources Coordinator. O'Neil holds a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
