Bryan O'Neal

Bryan O'Neal is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in database management, project management, and architectural design. Currently serving as a Staff MySQL DBA at Box since September 2021, Bryan previously contributed as a Staff Software Engineer at Stripe, where Bryan established a new Transactional Database team. Prior roles include a Sr. MySQL DBA at Box and GoDaddy.com, and leadership positions at SpeekBack.com and Cornerstone Homes & Development, Inc. Bryan’s expertise encompasses tool creation, performance tuning, and the implementation of innovative database solutions in various settings, supported by a dual BS degree in Computer Information Systems Management and Accounting from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
