Cat Schermann

Cat Schermann currently serves as Senior Manager of EMEA Communications at Box since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Okta, where Schermann managed external, internal, and executive communications across the EMEA region, providing strategic counsel and overseeing business-critical communication programs as a PR, Employee & Executive Communications Manager from April 2021 to October 2025, and as a Senior Communications Specialist. Before Okta, Schermann held the position of Senior Account Manager at Ballou, an agency specializing in communications for tech companies. Earlier in the career, Schermann worked as a Foreign Correspondent for Bauer Media and Hubert Burda Media, and contributed as an Editorial Contributor for FabFitFun.
