Arthur Fritts is an experienced engineering manager and technology leader with a focus on software development and team management. At Box, Arthur currently serves as the Engineering Manager for the macOS Desktop Engineering team, enhancing user access to Box Drive. Previously, Arthur co-founded Lovebug, an app supporting parents in child sleep development and health. Arthur has held various roles at Box since 2014, including Software Engineering Manager, focusing on messaging services and notification systems. Arthur was also Vice President of oSTEM, a nonprofit for LGBTQ+ individuals in STEM, and has a strong background in software engineering from roles at Raytheon, Bonfire, and AP Endeavors. Arthur holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
