Jennifer Harris

Senior Director, Customer Success

Jennifer Harris has extensive experience in customer success and management within various technology companies. Currently serving as an On Deck Customer Success Fellow since May 2022, Jennifer engages with a community of customer success experts to foster customer-centric cultures. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of Customer Success at Box, and as Director of Customer Success at both Box and salesforce.com. Notably, Jennifer's tenure at Oracle Corporation spanned 15 years, where responsibilities included overseeing global customer management and support for major financial institutions. Previous roles also encompassed strategic partnership management at Cisco Systems and Sun Microsystems, as well as project management at Wells Fargo Bank. Jennifer holds a BS in Mathematics from UCLA, obtained in 1994.
