Katherine McGee

Team Manager, Customer Education

Katherine McGee is an experienced professional in customer education and training, currently serving as Team Manager of Customer Education at Box since July 2018. In this role, Katherine has developed a scalable customer education program, enhancing product adoption through collaboration with various teams and launching effective persona-based pilot websites that improve user experience and retention. Previously, as a Learning Experience Designer, Katherine collaborated with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences and trainings.
