Molly Hiserman

Molly Hiserman is a seasoned recruitment and talent operations professional with extensive experience in the tech and event management sectors. Currently serving as Global Talent Operations Manager II at Box since May 2017, Molly has held various positions in talent acquisition, including roles such as Manager of Global Recruiting Operations and University Recruiter. Prior to Box, Molly worked at Funding Circle US, where responsibilities spanned recruitment coordination and execution. Additional experience includes event management at the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission, where major events were coordinated, and operational roles at Ploughshares Fund, focusing on board events and logistics.
