Nicole Bridgeman

Nicole Bridgeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and consulting. Currently serving as the Global Practice Lead for Change Management and as the Box Consulting Team Manager at Box since June 2019, Nicole has previously worked at Ernst & Young from September 2009 to March 2018, where progression included roles as Manager, Senior Consultant, and Staff Consultant in Risk Transformation. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems and Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, as well as a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
