Sean Sitter

Sean Sitter is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in architecture and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Architect at Box since January 2018, Sean is responsible for the design and strategy of services infrastructure, including a Kubernetes PaaS and Istio service mesh, as well as leading the public cloud migration of critical services. Previously, Sean held multiple roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Principal Architect and Technical Lead, where noteworthy achievements included the development of a high-performance API gateway and innovative identity systems. Sean's experience extends to leadership roles at Maya's Mom, where significant user scaling was achieved, and founding Snipwiki.com. Educational credentials include a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
