Nenuca Syquia

Nenuca Syquia is the CEO and Founder of BOxD, a company that focuses on guiding businesses through their change journey. Nenuca is also the Co-Chair of the Silicon Valley Chapter of 50/50 Women on Boards, a Commissioner at the City of Sunnyvale advising on matters related to equity, and a Board Member and President of Leadership Sunnyvale. Nenuca has a background in HR and organizational design, having worked at companies like Cisco and JG Summit Holdings Inc. Nenuca holds degrees in Industrial and Labor Relations, Organizational Development, and Humanities.
