Renee Niemi

Renee Niemi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and organizational consulting. Currently serving as a Partner at Mighty Capital and Resident Chief Product Officer at Products That Count since 2020 and 2021 respectively, Niemi also fulfills roles as an Organizational Consultant and Coach at BOxD since 2022. In governance, Niemi has held positions as a Board Observer at Countable and a member of the Board of Directors for ON and VIA Global Health, contributing to organizations focused on health access and education. An adjunct professor in Product Management at Columbia Business School and an Advisory Board Member for the University of California Observatory, Niemi’s background also includes chairing the Board of Directors for Scientific Adventures for Girls, promoting STEM education for underserved youth.
