Rick Kulas

Rick Kulas has a diverse range of experience in operations and production management. Rick currently works as the Director of Operations at Boxed Water Is Better since July 2022. Prior to that, they were the Operations Excellence Manager at Great Lakes Coca-Cola Bottling from April 2020 to July 2022. Rick also served as a Continuous Improvement Coach at Redzone Production Systems from January 2020 to April 2020. Rick held multiple roles at Heeren LLC, including Director of Production and Maintenance from August 2015 to January 2020, and Production Manager from May 2015 to August 2015. Rick was also a Production Manager at Hearthside Food Solutions from February 2014 to May 2015, and an Operations Manager at Nestle Waters from November 2008 to February 2014.

Rick Kulas has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Administration MBA from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, which they obtained from 1994 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended the US Coast Guard Academy from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Rick Kulas also obtained a Green Belt certification from Lean Six Sigma Solutions in November 2005.
