Andy Stevens

Andy Stevens is an experienced leader in the CRM and customer experience sectors, serving as Director at Boxfusion Consulting Limited from June 2010 to March 2022, where significant achievements included successful integration into the Praesto Group and notable increases in revenue and employee retention. Prior to that, Andy co-founded a consultancy focused on CRM and Customer Experience, consistently driving year-on-year growth and high customer retention. Additional roles include Technical Project Lead and Senior CRM Consultant at Logica, and Senior Customer Relationship Management Consultant positions at HSBC and SingTel Optus Pty, demonstrating a strong technical background in CRM solutions.
