Andrew Lim

Andrew Lim has a varied work experience, beginning with a Winter Intern position at BRC (Bowery Residents' Committee) in 2009. Andrew then held a Summer Fellow position at The Conference Board in 2009, where they collected and synthesized data of research trends in corporate social responsibility (CSR). In 2010, they were a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Language International, and a Case Volunteer at International Rescue Committee, where they oriented new refugees to New York City and assisted with administrative and physical arrangements for resettlement. From 2008-2011, they worked at Wesleyan University Instructional Media Services as a Human Resources Manager, directing the hiring and training of new student technicians and managers, and formulating and maintaining policies for a 100 employee organization. Lastly, they held a Management Associate position at DBS Bank from 2011-2015, before becoming a Co-Founder at boxgreen in 2015. At boxgreen, they work to bring delicious and natural ingredients from around the world and turn them into wholesome snack creations, while also empowering people in vulnerable communities with work.

Andrew Lim attended Wesleyan University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in the College of Social Studies. In 2008, they also attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid to study Spanish language and Contemporary Andrew'story. Prior to this, they attended Raffles Institution from 2002 to 2003.
