Josh Favaro Pe

Josh Favaro, PE, has extensive experience in civil engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as a Civil Engineer and Project Engineer at Boxley Materials since November 2019. Additionally, Josh holds multiple positions within the Virginia Army National Guard, including Executive Officer, Brigade Engineer, JFHQ FIRO, and Company Commander since October 2016. Previous experience includes working as a Mining Engineer and Yard/Shift Relief Foreman at Titan America from December 2016 to November 2019, as well as various roles at Boxley Materials from January 2011 to December 2016, such as Quarry Superintendent and Safety Director - Aggregates. Josh earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute in 2010.
