Spencer Young

Spencer Young is an experienced professional in the aggregate and geology sectors, currently serving as Senior Manager of Area Aggregate Operations at Boxley Materials since April 2020, overseeing Boxley VA Markets. Previously, Spencer held various positions at Boxley Materials, including Area Aggregate Manager and Operations Manager for Buckingham and Lynchburg area markets, as well as Quarry Manager from June 2017 to 2020. Before joining Boxley, Spencer worked at Contura Energy as Manager of Land & Environmental Affairs and prior to that at Alpha Metallurgical Resources in multiple roles, including Coordinator of Land Services and Running Right Coordinator for Incident Prevention.
