Dane Sholl has extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT support. Currently serving as an L2 SOC Analyst at boxxe since February 2018, Dane acts as an escalation point for the L1 Team and addresses customer security inquiries. Previous roles at boxxe include SOC Analyst, where Dane investigated alerts using Microsoft Sentinel and QRadar, and advised on rule changes, as well as Service Desk Team Leader and 1st Line Service Desk Team Leader, managing IT support teams and queries. Prior to boxxe, Dane worked as a Service Desk Support Analyst at TEAM COORDIN8 LIMITED and served as a Travel Coordinator. Dane is an alumnus of York College in York, UK, where studies were completed between 2011 and 2013.
