Marshall Parsons

Marshall Parsons possesses extensive experience in maritime leadership and engineering. Since March 2006, Marshall has served as Sea Scout Skipper of Ship 584 within the Boy Scouts of America, Connecticut Rivers Council, overseeing a coed youth training program. As Commodore at Electric Boat Corporation since July 1989, Marshall combines engineering expertise with a commitment to community service. From March 2014 to February 2018, Marshall held the position of New England Flotilla Commodore with the Northeast Region Sea Scouts, managing multiple Ships across New England. Marshall's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marine Engineering from Clark College.
