Jeffrey Pandolfino

Jeffrey Pandolfino has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jeffrey currently serves as a Member on the Professional Board of PAWS Chicago and as the Vice President of Development (Volunteer) at the Boy Scouts of America - Northeast Illinois Council. Previously, they worked at The Chef Agency as a Regional Account Executive and Regional Partner, specializing in executive search for the Food + Beverage Industry. Prior to that, Jeffrey was the Vice President of Operations at Maev, a wellness company for dogs. Jeffrey also held the role of Principal at KAIROS Hospitality and Vice President of Hospitality Operations at Matthew Kenney Cuisine. Additionally, Jeffrey was a Board Member and Founder & CEO of Green & Tonic, and the Managing Partner of Green Line Ventures. Jeffrey started their career as the Founder of Plum Pure Foods & Catering and later worked as an Operations Manager at Pret A Manger.

Jeffrey Pandolfino completed their Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University from 1992 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Restaurant Management from Florida International University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996.
