Bill Castle is a retired professional with a diverse background in military service and aerospace engineering. After serving 36 years in the United States Navy, achieving the rank of Commander and specializing in communications and operations within various naval systems, Bill transitioned to The Aerospace Corporation, where leadership was demonstrated as a Senior Project Leader for 19 years. Since retiring in August 2016, Bill has embraced leisure activities, notably fly fishing, while also remaining actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America National Capital Area Council, where contributions include various leadership roles such as District Committee member and Vice Chairman for Membership. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University and an Associate of Arts in Pre-engineering from Grossmont College.
