Douglas Brown

Douglas Brown has extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles, primarily within educational and philanthropic organizations. At William & Mary Law School, Douglas serves as Honorary Trustee and has held positions such as President Emeritus and various committee roles within the Law School Foundation. In addition, Douglas is actively involved with William & Mary, serving as a Reunion Class Ambassador and past Chair of the Annual Giving Board. Douglas contributes to the Boy Scouts of America as a Merit Badge Counselor and an Executive Board Member of the Great Lakes Council. Other notable positions include Foundation Fellow at the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, and former Attorney at General Motors and Shanley and Fisher. Douglas holds a BA in Sociology and a JD from William & Mary, and continues to engage with educational institutions through guest lectures and advisory boards.
