Frank S. Razem

Frank S. Razem, GISP, PMP, serves as the GIS Manager for the City of Galveston since July 2021, after previously holding the role of GIS Supervisor. Razem has extensive experience in GIS, having managed the GIS department at Gulf Interstate Engineering and contributed to significant projects like the Sable Trail Transmission. Additional roles include GIS Analyst at Waste Management Inc. and Senior Supervising Scientist at the South Florida Water Management District, where responsibilities encompassed human resource management, strategic planning, and contract management. Involvement with the Boy Scouts of America spans from youth participation to current leadership positions, including District Chairman. Razem holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Project Management from Colorado Technical University and several certifications from ESRI and the American Red Cross.
