Gary Gilger

Gary Gilger, CNP, is an experienced leader in the Boy Scouts of America, holding the position of Deputy Scout Executive and Chief Operating Officer at Michigan Crossroads Council since September 2012. Gilger has been with the organization since January 1990, serving in various roles including Executive, Chief Development Officer, Scout Executive/CEO at Chippawa Valley Council from February 2008 to September 2012, and Field Director at Chief Seattle Council from November 2000 to February 2004, where supervision included six district executives. Earlier in the career, Gilger served as Camping Director and District Executive at Chief Seattle Council from January 1990 to November 2000. An alumnus of the University of Washington, Gilger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
