Gary Pan

Gary Pan serves as the Commissioner at the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry since January 2022 and is the CEO/President of Panacea Consulting, Inc. since 1990. In addition, Gary Pan holds multiple leadership roles, including Scoutmaster for Troop 55 in the Boy Scouts of America since 2009, Chairman at Pangaea Group, Inc. since 1990, and Director at Lucid Technology, Inc. since 2005. Gary Pan is also a member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair for the Northern Virginia Technology Council since 2002 and has been President of Rotary International since 2011. Additional responsibilities include Committee Chair for Venture Crew 364 since 2010 and a candidacy for Virginia's 34th House of Delegates District in 2021. Gary Pan previously served as Scoutmaster/Venture Advisor for the Boy Scouts of America National Capital Area Council from 2005 to 2015. Gary Pan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, an MBA in International Management from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
