Justin Rodstrom

Justin Rodstrom, CAP®, CFRE, currently serves as a Philanthropic Advisor for Gift Planning at the Boy Scouts of America, where responsibilities include leading transformative gift planning conversations and stewarding supporters. Prior to this role, Justin was the Senior Director of Gift Planning at Bethany Christian Services, overseeing a pipeline of $66M in gift planning prospects. Previous positions include Director of Major Gifts at Delaware State University, where Justin established a Planned Giving program and contributed to university transformation efforts. Justin's earlier experience with the Boy Scouts of America focused on strengthening relationships, fundraising, and team leadership. Their career began at Ticketmaster and Greater Media, building foundational skills in event programming and promotions. Justin holds a B.A. in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Villanova University.
