Larry Chase

Larry Chase has extensive experience in leadership and operations within the Boy Scouts of America, currently serving as the National Commissioner Service Chair since May 2018. In this role, Larry develops processes that support unit commissioners in enhancing youth engagement through Scouting. Additional roles include Commissioner Development Chair and Contingent Operations Commissioner for the 2023 National Scout Jamboree. Larry has a strong background in sustainability and maintenance management from the 2019 World Scout Jamboree and has previously held significant positions such as Council Commissioner for the Atlanta Area Council and Executive Vice President at BrightClaim, LLC, where substantial technological and financial initiatives were implemented. Larry’s career began at Crawford & Company, focusing on business process improvement and strategic planning. Larry holds a B.A. in English from Wittenberg University.
