Nathan Dutson

Nathan Dutson serves as the Scout Executive and CEO for the Boy Scouts of America, Adventure West Council, overseeing operations in Northern Colorado, Eastern Nebraska, and most of Wyoming since April 2009. Prior roles within the Boy Scouts of America include Deputy Scout Executive and COO for the Greater Alabama Council, Director of Field Service and COO for the same council, and Assistant Scout Executive and COO for the Glacier’s Edge Council. Nathan's extensive experience encompasses leadership, strategic planning, revenue generation, and brand management. Previous roles include fundraising Program Coordinator at MDA and Division Manager at A&B Productions. Nathan holds an M.B.A. from the University of Oregon and a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, and Persuasion from Utah State University.
