Lara J. Edelstein

Lara J. Edelstein is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in appellate litigation and civil defense. Currently a Partner and Senior Associate Attorney at Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. since April 2021, Lara handles all aspects of appellate litigation while providing litigation support to trial counsel. Prior roles include Associate Attorney at Conroy Simberg and Of Counsel at The Law Offices of Robin Bresky, with a focus on appellate litigation. From December 2006 to November 2016, as an Appellate and Trial Attorney for House Counsel for United Automobile Insurance Company, Lara represented the auto insurance carrier in PIP statute cases. Lara's legal career began with roles at various law firms and the State of Florida Department of Legal Affairs, where significant accomplishments included representing the state in numerous appeals and presenting 63 oral arguments in various courts. Lara holds a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Florida State University.
