Jill Hartness

Jill Hartness is the President & Head of School at Boyd-Buchanan School. Jill previously served as a Partner/Project Designer at Waterfront Partners from January 2004 to December 2009. Prior to that, they were an Instructor at Chattanooga State Community College from August 1992 to April 1996. Jill has been with Boyd-Buchanan School since August 1990, first as a Secondary Mathematics Faculty member from August 1990 to May 2010, and then as President from August 2012 to present.

Jill Hartness has a Doctor of Education from Abilene Christian University in Organizational Leadership/Conflict Resolution, a Master of Education from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Lipscomb University.
