Boyd Caton Group, Inc. (bcg) was founded in 1993 with the mission of supporting and strengthening safety, security, and emergency preparedness within the transportation industry. For over a quarter century, we have worked with federal, state, and local transportation agency clients to deliver effective, straightforward, and high-quality solutions that are used by nearly every state and public transportation agency in the nation.

Our business owners — Annabelle Boyd, Jim Caton, and Andy Lofton — live by the credo that hard work, honesty, and an uncompromising pursuit to exceed expectations provides purpose to life and a guide for shared success.

What We Do:
Our company offers a full suite of consulting services. We maintain extensive experience in policy and guidance development, provide practical, hands-on technical assistance, and conduct safety audits and reviews, safety-related training (through classroom and e-Learning settings), data analysis, strategic planning, and safety inspections and examinations.

Our unique and invaluable experience allows us to help clients develop and implement programs that lead to advancements within the industry by evolving ideas into strategies and strategies into tactics. 

Our broad experience in transportation safety and emergency management helps clients build, renew, and carry out program objectives. In particular, we perform targeted safety reviews and gather, analyze, and validate data to help agencies strengthen their programs and improve performance. We pinpoint opportunities and offer solutions to enhance the safety of employees, customers, and infrastructure.  To ensure successful implementation, we develop a wide variety of training programs and resources, data gathering systems, and platforms to leverage and share this vital information.
