Michelle Rasmusson

Michelle Rasmusson has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and internal audit. Michelle began their career at Mandalay Resort Group in 1989 as the Chief Internal Auditor, a role they held for 16 years. From 2005 to 2009, they served as the Chief Internal Auditor at Fontainebleau Resorts. Michelle then joined The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in 2009 as their Chief Internal Auditor, where they stayed until 2012. Michelle then became the Chief Internal Audit Officer at Hard Rock Hotel from 2012 to 2015. Most recently, Michelle worked at Boyd Gaming as the Director of Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Compliance Officer from 2015 until 2020, when they were promoted to Vice President in the same department.

Michelle Rasmusson holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Michelle also has a Master of Science degree in Management from Troy University.
