Raquel Cruz

Raquel Cruz has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Boyd Gaming. Previously, Raquel held various positions at The Venetian® | The Palazzo®, Resort Hotel & Casino under Las Vegas Sands Corp., focusing on talent acquisition. Prior experience also includes a role in human resources at Marcus Corporation and as Team Member Relations Manager and Senior Human Resources Specialist at Boyd Gaming. Raquel Cruz completed education at the College of Southern Nevada and graduated from Clark High School in 2012.
