Brian Kaner has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Brian currently serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for Boyd Group Services Inc., where they oversee the collision business operating as Gerber Collision & Glass in the U.S. and Boyd Autobody & Glass and Assured Automotive in Canada. Prior to this, they were the President & CEO of Pep Boys. Before that, they held various roles at Icahn Automotive, including CEO - Service and President - Service & SVP - Strategy, Corporate Development, and Real Estate. Brian also worked as the President of Sears Auto Centers and Vice President, COO & CFO of Home Services at Sears Holdings Corporation. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Mac Tools, The Stanley Works, and GE.
Brian Kaner attended Eastern Illinois University from 1992 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Accounting. Brian then went on to study at Illinois State University from 1994 to 1997, earning a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
