Matt Cavanaugh

Matt Cavanaugh currently serves on the City of Gretna Board of Adjustments and is a Project Manager at Boyd Jones Construction since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Superintendent at MCL Construction from May 2022 to September 2023 and at The Weitz Company JV with Clark & Clarkson during the New Terminal Project KCI in early 2022. Matt held various positions at The Weitz Company from May 2018 to May 2022, including Field Superintendent and Project Engineer, alongside earlier experience as Landscape Manager at Fine Turf LLC from May 2014 to June 2018. Matt Cavanaugh holds a degree in Construction Management and Building Science from Metropolitan Community College, completed between 2016 and 2019.
