Previously, Pruthika worked as a Human Resources Executive at SBT Research B2B from February 2022 to December 2022 and served as a Human Resources Generalist at TELMAX SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in 2021. Pruthika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Savitribai Phule Pune University (2018-2021) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources at Symbiosis School for Online & Digital Learning (2024-2026). Education includes a science degree from The Lexicon International School and a long-standing foundational experience from The Bishop's School.
