Sowmya Sridhar is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in technology services and venture capital, currently serving as CEO of Xyant Services, which specializes in Human Capital Management, Data Services, and AI for the Banking and Pharma industries. Sowmya holds multiple board positions, including Co-Founder and Investor at Vast Vertex Media, a member of the Executive Committee Leadership Team at WomenExecs on Boards, and a Venture Partner at Boyd Street Ventures. Previously, Sowmya functioned as Managing Director at McLaren Strategic Ventures and held senior roles at Echo and UST Global. Educational credentials include executive education from Harvard Business School and a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Oklahoma, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
