Bashar Kilani

Bashar Kilani is a passionate Digital Economy Advocate focused on how organizations create, capture, and deliver value. They are currently the Founder and Managing Director of AI360 Innovations in Dubai and serve as Managing Partner at Boyden, specializing in leadership advisory and executive search. Previously, Bashar held several roles at IBM, culminating as Region Executive for the Middle East, and was Managing Director at Accenture. They are actively pursuing advanced education in various business and engineering disciplines, including programs at Harvard Business School and IMD Business School.
