Currently serving as Managing Partner and Global Pharma & Biotech Practice Leader at Boyden since June 2017, Aubert has a track record of fostering long-term client relationships within an internationally recognized executive search firm. Prior to Boyden, Aubert held multiple senior roles at Eric Salmon & Partners, including Managing Partner for the Paris and UK offices, focusing on executive searches in the life sciences field. Earlier career experiences include various general management positions at companies such as Serono and Servier International, as well as investment management roles at Atlas Venture and Paribas Technology. Aubert's educational background includes an MBA from HEC Paris, an MD from Paris V University, and a DEUG in Economics from Paris I Sorbonne University.
