Ignacio Serra

Ignacio Serra is a seasoned professional in the private equity sector, currently serving as Partner and Leader of the Private Equity Practice in Spain at Boyden since September 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from June 2020 to August 2024, where Ignacio held roles as Partner & Associate Director and Associate Director within the Principal Investor and Private Equity Practice. Previously, Ignacio was Managing Director and Head of Business Transformation in Spain at FTI Consulting from 2016 to May 2020, and served as Senior Manager in Strategy & Operations at Strategy& from 2010 to 2015.
