Issy Perez

Issy Perez currently serves as Managing Partner and Global Practice Leader for the Consumer and Retail sector at Boyden, managing operations across over 75 countries and 45 offices globally, while also establishing the firm’s presence in Dallas. Previously, Issy was Managing Director at ZRG Partners, focusing on the consumer packaged goods and food and beverage industries. As President and CEO of Kincannon & Reed, Issy specialized in executive search within the food value chain. Additional roles include President of Britvic North America, where Issy drove market expansion, and various senior positions at PepsiCo, Mondelēz International, and Nabisco Biscuit Company, showcasing extensive leadership in sales, marketing, and executive search. Issy holds a Master of Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Hamilton College.
