JoAnn McNutt is an organizational psychologist and board effectiveness consultant who currently works at Board First Consulting and serves as a senior advisor for Boyden. With extensive experience from Nygren Consulting and Mercer Delta Consulting, JoAnn specializes in enhancing board governance and driving organizational success. JoAnn holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and an M.A. in Change Leadership from the California School of Professional Psychology, as well as a B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
