Roger Schønning

Roger Schønning is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in executive search, leadership development, and strategic business management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Boyden since January 2016, Roger has built a strong global network in executive search and board services. Prior to Boyden, Roger worked at Visindi as a Partner and Senior Management Consultant, focusing on executive search and management team development. Roger's career includes significant roles at Telenor, such as Director Wholesale, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management and operations related to CRM, as well as positions in product management and project management. Early career experiences include a Market Analyst role at Flytoget AS and a Researcher position at Agderforskning, highlighting a strong foundation in customer-centric strategies and business development.
