Stephen Irish

Stephen Irish currently serves as the Managing Partner at Boyden since August 2021, leading the firm's global leadership and talent advisory services based in New York. Prior to joining Boyden, Stephen held significant roles at RGF Executive Search Japan, including Senior Director for Healthcare & Life Sciences and Regional Practice Head for Asia Pacific from March 2006 to August 2021. Stephen's earlier experience includes positions at CDS Executive as Client Partner, Oak Associates K.K. as Japan Manager for Healthcare & Life Science Search Practice, and KEWPIE Corporation in Research & Development. Stephen holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology and Neuroscience from Texas Christian University, a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Methodist University, and an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Lon Morris College.
