Victor Escandon has been the Chief Financial Officer at Boyden since 2018. Victor has over 17 years of experience in finance, including previous positions as Senior Director Finance at Daymon Worldwide and Director Financial Planning Global Procurement at PepsiCo.

At Daymon Worldwide, Victor restructured the capital structure to solve for a mature 100% ESOP owned company, which resulted in the acquisition by Bain Capital and subsequent exit to CVC/Leonard Green. Victor also negotiated a $200M+ credit facility with a syndicate of seven banks, pooled all domestic cash, repatriated international idle cash, froze the employee ownership obligation and merged four 401K plans to one. Victor concluded the transition to the buyer, Advantage Sales & Marketing, in April 2018.

At PepsiCo, Victor was responsible for driving the productivity agenda and financial planning for PepsiCo’s $4BN of global spend. Victor rolled out a global tool to track productivity, giving much needed visibility to results and facilitating distinction between P&L saving and cost avoidance. Victor also transformed the Procurement team’s performance assessment approach. This was a high profile function in light of public productivity targets committed to by CEO to investors.

Victor Escandon has earned an MBA from The Wharton School, a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Boston University. Victor also holds a High School Diploma from The American School Foundation.

They are on a team with Gilbert Carrara Jr, MD - Managing Partner, Life Sciences, Americas, Lisa Farmer - Founder & Managing Partner - Interim Management, and Nick Robeson - Founder & Managing Partner - UK & Ireland. Victor Escandon reports to Trina Gordon, President & CEO.
